Railcare is appointing two new positions to support the company's operations on its growth journey. Firstly, with a newly appointed HR Manager position, and secondly, a new Head of IR, Communication and Sustainability. The Group Management team will also change from the beginning of 2025.
Sofie Strömberg, who has extensive experience in Human Resources and organisational development, has been recruited as HR Manager and will be part of Group Management. Sofie comes most recently from a similar role at Skellefteå Taxi and has previous management experience from her role as Unit Manager at Skellefteå Municipality.

At the same time, Hanna Hedlund has been appointed IR, Communications and Sustainability Manager, with the task of continuing to ensure the company's relations with investors and external stakeholders, as well as developing the Group's sustainability work. Hanna is already responsible for the group's external communication.

“Together with all our fantastic employees, Railcare is well equipped to drive both vision and strategy forward, with the goal of achieving our ambitious goals for 2027,” concludes Mattias Remahl.
